As long as your order hasn’t yet shipped (we usually ship same or next day) we can definitely accommodate changes and cancellations. Sometimes, even if you’ve received an email that your order has just shipped, we’re able to dig through the packed up orders to pull yours out before it’s picked up by the carrier, in which case we can change it or cancel it if needed. As long as your order isn’t already on its way, shoot us an email (hello@waterlust.com) and we’ll see what we can do!
