Returns and exchanges for orders within the US are easy! Customers within the United States can print their own return shipping label, and easily place a new, immediate exchange order or receive a refund to your original payment method or as store credit.
Follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange.
- Click here to visit our self-service returns/exchanges center to create a return shipping label. The return shipping label fee is $9.95 unless you opted in to paying a small fee ($2.29) at checkout for free returns later.
- If you'd like to exchange, follow the prompts to get an instant credit to place your new exchange order right then and there. If it's in stock, we'll ship your new item out immediately, no need to wait and no additional shipping costs.
- Print the shipping label and pack the item(s) for return/exchange. Go ahead and reuse the recycled poly mailer bag that your order arrived in, it's resealable!
- Affix the shipping label that you've printed onto the outside of the package and drop the package off at USPS or any blue USPS post box.
- Once we receive your package we'll process your refund if applicable. You'll receive an email notification at every step, but you can also track the status of your return/exchange in the returns center.
