Orders are lovingly packaged using eco-responsible materials (see How do you package orders for shipping?) and shipped from our HQ in Miami, FL within the same or next business day. We ship Monday - Friday, excluding US holidays. We’ll email you with your tracking info as soon as your order is shipped.
Once packed up and out the door, within the US, and depending on the speed you choose at checkout (First Class, Priority or Priority Express), shipping time for orders takes approximately 1-7 business days.
International orders shipped through our DHL Express option also take about 1 - 7 business days.
