Uh oh, looks like your item slipped through our quality control - so sorry about that! The quickest way to resolve this issue is to create an exchange through our self-service returns portal. Just select "item is damaged" and that you'd like to exchange it, and the system will issue you an instant credit and place a new order for the item you choose. We'll then go ahead and ship it asap.
