First - don't worry, we'll make sure you get what you ordered, no matter what.
Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it's not hiding or jammed. Also, ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you.
We ask that you wait a few days after your scheduled delivery date for the package to turn up. We know that's a pain but most of the time lost packages are located and delivered within 3 days (and 3 days waiting by the door is a lot less hassle than going back and forth with us, putting a claim in with the mail service, and then having to ship a duplicate package back if it shows up).
If your package still hasn't turned up after 3 business days, please email us so we can track the package and get your items to you. If you don't have a few days to wait, let us know and we'll do what we can to help if it's an emergency.
